At Hopman Jewelers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
You can return the product to us in-store or return to us by mail at your own expense.
We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. If you elect not to purchase insurance, you are liable for any and all damages. We are not responsible for returns that do not have tracking/delivery confirmation showing that the package was received in our store. Please pack returns in original outer box or another sturdy shipping box with appropriate packing materials to ensure the product arrives to our store in good condition.

You have 10 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state to be accepted for return. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
A refund will be submitted in the method originally used for purchase for all items eligible for return. Recipients may elect to receive in-store credit instead of a cash reimbursement upon request. Gift recipients will receive a nonrefundable in-store credit in an amount equal to the cost of the item. Cash refunds are not available at any in-person locations. Please allow 7-10 business days for a return to be posted.
All of our items are carefully hand-inspected by our team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 30 days of receipt. Since many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be difficult to replace with an exact match, you may elect to receive in-store credit in an equal amount to your original purchase to spend at our store. Custom jewelry and personalized items are not included in our exchange policy. Gemstones, including diamonds, are not covered by this policy and are sold as-is. Any damages not due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift returns without a receipt are eligible for exchanges and in-store credit only. Please return items in original packaging. Any gift that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange.
We make an effort to process and ship your orders within 24-48 hours; therefore, we do not accept any modifications to an order once it has been placed. If you need to return an order for any reason, please return it to us within 15 days following our return policy protocol, and we will refund your purchase. If you have made a mistake on a personalized or custom piece, please contact us as soon as possible.

Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any product that has been built or altered at your request (including ring re-sizing and diamond upgrades) falls under this category and as such is not eligible for exchange.

Very professional staff that have helped me and my wife make several purchases and if you need a repair top notch there also. Hopman's is our place to go. To bad I can only give a 5 star rating. Still feel the same way after all these years of going there.

I took a bracelet that I received that was my sister's as a keepsake, and it broke. I took it to Hopman Jewelers to see if they could repair it. They had to put in a new pin and weld it back together. And boy did they, you can't even see the repair. I am very pleased. Thank you so much.

If you need a jeweler, this is the best place to go. I've been using them for repairs. They did a wonderful job replacing the clasp on my cross necklace, and repairing the break in my silver ring that my husband bought me at the South bend ethnic festival in 2001.

I had a bad accident with machinery to my hand damaging my engagement and wedding band rings and a 10 year anniversary ring. All 3 rings had been soldered together. Besides the rings being bent and damaged the hospital had to cut and pry off the rings causing considerable more damage. The engagement ring and wedding band had 4 rows of diamonds with gold bars in between with 4 rows on each side of the ring and was 28 year's old. The anniversary ring was 18 year's old with diamond and baguettes. There was considerable wear damage prior to the accident. We (my husband and I) took the rings to 6 local Jewelers/jewelry stores to get an estimate for repair. 3 of the jewelers said it would be very hard and to expensive to repair. 3 jewelry stores said just get new rings. They surely did not care about the sentimental reasons for wanting them repaired. I was very down and out and didn't think I was going to get them repaired. Our very dear friends Chuck and Alyssa told us to go to Hopman. They designed and made Alyssa's rings and they are beautiful and so elegant looking. We went to Hopman . Lauren, Maddie and Kenny advised us to leave the rings for their Jeweler Wendy to take them apart and see how she could fix them and give an estimate. Didn't get to speak to Wendy, but Lauren, Maddie and Kenny made me feel that they understood how important it was to fix my rings over getting new. Wendy went above and beyond. She not only just fixed my rings she made them look 100% original. She did a lot of precision and highest quality work for a remarkable price. I don't feel that any of the other Jewelers or stores would have done anywhere close to what Wendy did. I could not be happier , Wendy did the most awesome repair. I will never visit , buy from or ever have another Jeweler/Jewelry store repair any of my jewelry. Don't waste your time at other Jewelers. Thank you more than I can express - Hopman's. I have been a customer of Hopman's since their beginning and I will not go anyplace else. I trust them. Patrick, Eileen and Lauren are great. Patrick helped me design jewelry and I wear it every day.
