What If My Pearl Necklace Breaks?
Don't panic and don't throw anything away.
Gather as many of the pearls or beads as you can find and place everything, including the clasp and any pieces of the original string, into a small bag or container. Bring the entire piece to Hopman Jewelers so we can evaluate it.

Restringing is not typically a while-you-wait service. Turnaround time depends on the construction of the piece, number of pearls or beads, number of strands, condition of the clasp, and work required but can be approximately 4-6 weeks.
We'll evaluate your jewelry and provide additional information about the service and expected turnaround time before the work is completed.

How often should pearls be restrung?
There isn't one schedule that works for every strand. Pearls worn frequently should be inspected regularly, while pearls worn only occasionally may go much longer between restringing.
