Return & Layaway Policy

Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Hopman Jewelers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines:

* Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
* Clearance items (discounted 40% or more) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
* Consignment items, custom designs, and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
* Layaway purchases are non-refundable. In-store credit will be issued for any eligible return.
 
Layaway Policy
We offer a flexible layaway program to make your jewelry dreams more accessible:

* Available for purchases between $200 and $3,000.
* Term length: 6 months.
* 20% down payment required.
* Monthly payments must be made.
* No refunds on canceled layaways after 30 days.
* If canceled within 90 days, a 10% restocking fee applies. 
* After 90 days, a 50% in-store credit of the amount paid will be issued.
* If no payment is made for 5 consecutive weeks, the item will be returned to stock and the layaway will be canceled.
